Text of Complaint by Pradyumna Singh Fouzdar:

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing this complaint to report a case of job fraud that I have recently become a victim of.

On [date], I was contacted by a person introducing herself as HR Kavya from an agency named All India Placement, situated in Dwarka, Delhi. She offered me a job opportunity at Tata Motors. As part of the process, she asked me to pay ₹2000 for registration and further instructed me to share my documents for verification, including:

Aadhaar Card

Driving Licence

Graduation Marksheet

After I made the payment, she provided me with an applicant number and connected me with a person named Rajesh Khanna, who introduced himself as a Senior Training Manager at Tata Motors. Later, they started demanding an additional ₹5200 from me under different pretexts and kept harassing me repeatedly for payment.

Upon cross-checking with Tata Motors, I discovered that this was a fraudulent activity, and the company has no connection with these people. It is now clear that these individuals are running a job fraud scam in the name of Tata Motors to cheat innocent job seekers.

This fraud is not only a financial scam but also a serious misuse of my personal documents, which can be used for identity theft or other criminal activities.

Details of Fraudsters:

Agency Name: All India Placement

Location: Dwarka, Delhi (claimed)

Contact Person: HR Kavya

Contact Person 2: Rajesh Khanna (claiming to be Sr. Training Manager, Tata Motors)

Amount Demanded: ₹2000 (paid) + ₹5200 (demanded further)

Documents Shared: Aadhaar card, Driving Licence, Graduation Marksheet

Request for Action:

I request you to kindly:

1. Register my complaint under relevant sections of IPC (Cheating, Forgery, Identity Theft) and IT Act.

2. Investigate and take strict action against the accused persons.

3. Help me secure my personal documents from being misused.

4. Take necessary steps to prevent other innocent people from falling victim to such scams.
