I would like to draw your attention toward this issue of fraud occured with me. I have odered shoes with tracking id- 404-8645606-4871507 with my sisters account Veena rathore . Shoes which i received were bit short in size so i returned the product and your agent picked it up. But when i asked about my refund and talked to your customer care executives named Musharraf and Nazma they continuesouly told me that i have return wrong product. But i have sent right and exact product .It may be fraud from your agent side. It was never my fault at all. The investigation conducated was not justified
