I’m paying 12,000 INR every month for staying in this PG. There’s no proper electricity. Power backup is there but they never turn it on. Wifi backup is not there. Food timing starts at 7.30 and it will be finished by 8 itself. They won’t make it again. When asked to the cook, he said they only provide that much vegetables and rice to cook for few people. They promised TV seperately for every room and its written in big font in their banner, but it’s not there in any room. They just kept one common TV and saying they’ll setup TV for rooms ‘ASAP’. There is no mobile range in the building and without wifi we are all doomed. Atleast if we decide to cook food when food isn’t there, the kitchen is kept as dirty as drainage and the cook always says there are lot of things to be moved to use the stove and makes faces. Even after paying 12k, they say ‘No’ when we ask for some extra food. We are the consumers of their service but they treat us like some beggars and talks rudely. They’re so confident as they have connections with local police and unions so no idea where to compliant.
