Dear Sir,
I ordered for purchasing Mobile phone Note 7 Pro (Neptune Blue,64 GB)(6GB RAM)x 1 for Rs. 2999/- vide ORDER PDS10233 dated June 4, 2020, and the price has been paid online and the same has been credited to someone named Mr. Ankit Jain PAYUMN. After that response from phonedeals.co.in regarding shipment of ordered item in spite of repeated request through e-mail. I feel something wrong and has become victim of online fraud in the name of online shopping.
Kindly arrange for a suitable remedy in the matter.
