We have done below transaction for 2 tables as follows
Wizpad Z1 Pro (10.1 inch, 6GB 64GB, Wi-Fi + 4G LTE + Voice Calling | Expandable Memory Up to 256GB), Coal Black
payment(Id-359746725) of Rs 7998.4 for Frankie Enterprises is successful.
Done on dt 27.9.2020 at 13.00
CONFIRMED: Your Order has been successfully placed with order id 2105410865.
But in actual recived only one dumy mobile insist of two tablets it’s totally cheet. (image attached of recived parcel.
Also request to pay you team want to cancel order & refund on same day but they provide me this mail Id:- help.frankeienterprises@gmail.com and ask to Contact Gupta Enterprise,
I write mail immediately for cancel order and refund my money on 27 Sep itself, but there is no any reply and today I received this damage product, which is very big fraud.
Kindly help us to get refund our hard earned money. and try to stop this fraud to save others….
