Placed a order of Fashionable Modern Men Caps & Hats under order no 21659669403 dated 6th of Jan 2022 of Rupee :- 257.00 use coupon (@ First order discount of Rs :- 77) and after discount rates come 180.00 on COD.
Taking follow ups for this order but now it is showing delivered when i asked to customer executive for confirm the delivery place then he is misbehaved and told me that kindly replace your order in full amount and confirmed that we are not able to use that coupon.
We are requesting to you that kindly look into the matter.
Enclosing herewith Invoice copy of this order which we have not received yet.
