Post registering for Jio fiber conn ction got call saying Jio team. Explained details of the plan and took address proof and ph no and shown details to verify from Jio website and a page showing successful. Post verifying i was told to pay 2500/- in jio account BOI and I did that. That person shared service id but later checking it was found an old dated account and i was scammed but in meanwhile I gathered all information about the scammer (address, ph no, account, photo, history etc). Filed complaint to kolkata police however no acknowledgement . Not sure what to do
