I had ordered a tiffin box from fashion sutra #FS3490, but I had no track of the product. Hence I tried looking for a customer care number because they were not responding to emails. I just checked on internet and called a number 9007291780, he confirmed the order is canceled and he said he would process refund. it was a strange experience, my mind was clouded, he made me type my number and he created a UPI id with my number, it showed name as MRMUKESH ANKUSH KULKARNI. he asked me to type a code like 8131 and type return amount as 199 and I processed the transaction by entering my UPI pin. it was a strange experience and i realized 8131 amount was deducted from my account, then he said oh something happened and then he tried to make enter a bigger amount but then i realized there is something wrong and i disconnected the call and blocked all my bank account, cards and payment wallet. I would request to take action against such cyber crimes
