I am Adharsh, my phone number is 9490505994, email id is adarshsimhareddy@gmail.com.
While checking my cibil score, there was one late payment recorded recently from Transactree which I didn’t even know about. Then I googled about Transactree where I found out that this one is from the Mobikwik app. On, 22nd August and 23rd August of 2022 there were 2 transactions done through my Mobikwik ZIP wallet of 132.16 and 304.90 rupees which I haven’t done, which I noticed today. They have also generated a bill of 8,494 by adding penalty on that amount of 437 rupees (132+ 304) from September 2022 which I noticed today in my CIBIL score report, which effected my CIBIL score. I have sent a mail to “fraudalerts@mobikwik.com” with attached screenshot of the transaction message I received. But I haven’t received any response from them till date.
Kindly, help in resolving the issue as it was a serious case of fraud due to Mobikwik tech and data security failure. And take strict action against this company as this company provide zip wallet and then leak the personal data to do fraud and then don’t address these transactions issues at all.
