I port my no. From bsnl to airtel.
First lie they tell me,it can’t be prepaid. i told them i just need incoming and no outgoing. They said it will be one time payment of 500 only. Now billing is rs 588 every month. This is four times what i pay in jio prepaid. They did this fraud knowingly. Now during lockdown,there isn’t even customer executive option in helpline calling.
