I had booked for Jio MNP port request to be serviced at my home.
Someone came home, and I can tell that he was someone registered with Jio itself since when he was doing the process, I received the Authentication code that I had to share with him. I shared him, and he said we had to choose & pay for the unlimited plan in Jio. I paid in cash. And I even received confirmation from Jio again that the document collection is complete.
Now after sometime in the evening, I received a message saying the due to incomplete/mismatched information the application could not be processed. Now when I call back the guy who had come for the process, he is not picking the call. When I reached out to a nearby Jio store, they are saying that they can’t help in this.
