I had purchased Moto G54 Mobile in exchange offer with Order ID: OD0429361896362508100 on 08-10-2023. With discount & exchange price Rs 12599+ Rs 49 (offer handling fee)+ Rs 149 (fright charges for pick up of product). Hence final price is Rs 12797. Rs 12797 Was paid by me via credit card at time of order booking. It means if I got full exchange value of my old mobile then I have not pay any amount during delivery.
But at time of delivery, Delivery boy asked for Mobile box & charger. Obviously, I had not mobile box, I had charger only. He refused to take only charger. He told if you do not provide charger & box , we will be charged Rs 300 extra. On trust , I agreed & he told me you will be updated about Rs 300 charge on order page of flipkart after delivery completed. I paid him Rs 300 (Delivery boy- Rohit Ramahansasinh Kurmi) on his Phonepay account via my Paytm account.
It means that my exchange value of mobile earlier Rs 2400- Rs 149 (freight charge)= Rs 2251.
After given Rs 300 extra my mobile value should be Rs 2400- Rs 149 (freight charge)- Rs 300 (paid by me against unavailability of box & charger)= Final amount should be Rs 1951.
Flipkart provided invoice represent invoice amount Rs 2251. which means Rs 300 not mentioned in any invoice. It is either taken by delivery boy for fraud or flipkart doing fraud to increase profit.
This was also done in past by Flipkart. At that time they refunded money, but looks like it is their business of fraud. If customer complaint then refund their money, otherwise add that money in profit. This is clear case of cheating, I want my money back & also want compansate for wasting my time, mental stress.
I have attached payment details of Rs 300, but I can’t attach invoice because only image files allowed.
