This is a website that is selling phones etc., They have put Redmi Note7 Pro on sale and I tried ordering on 11th Apr 2019. After providing basic information I was asked to pay 16999. I made a payment of 16999 through Google pay application to purchase Redmi Note 7 Pro. After payment to Beneficiary: BHARATPE09899640721@yesbankltd the screen just froze and I did not receive any confirmation in email or phone but the amount is deducted. The 1-800 number given: 1800 1024 028 is not working. The emails provided in the website are not working either
I also see lot of similar complaints on this site. Can you please help shutting down this site and processing the refund?
I don’t have any screen shot now to show. Please help me ASAP.

Even same thing has happened with me. What if we all file a complaint against them in police station and consumer court.
