Sir,

I am in the Rs.299 Plan. I used to get 5 GB internet. That 5GB not added this month. When I enquired customer care they said that data was exhausted without using. How this was happened ? and they are saying it is a technical error. Please rectify the same and ensure to add automatically every month.
