This is regarding RE:MHRIL=15-203-950 Club Mahindra Memebership. I have been told at the time of taking membership that an incentive is in the form of LCD/LED etc. will be provided to you but nothing had been offered by you. You may not only breach the contract but also the faith. I have misguided by your representative time and again to provide various incentives/offers in the form of visits in your guest houses also but all goes in vain. Now, it is requested to refund my amount Rs. 101994/ plus interest immediately otherwise i will be free to go for any legal action please.
