Sir,
I saw an advertisement of selling second hand Royal Enfield Classic 350 cc bike ( WB24AJ9187) in 45000/ which I decided to buy. The name of the owner Palash Chatterjee, S/O Prashanta Chatterjee of 8/2/1 Matilal Mallik Lane, P.O.- Alambazar, P.S. – Baranagar, West Bengal, 700035.
Mr. Palash Chatterjee introduced himself as CISF constable posted in Ranchi ( Ph no – +917015174121 and his CISF id no is – 170826888) and he told me give the money in the time of delivery on 6/07/2020 at 10p.m. On that day I paid him online Rs. 3150/- as Army parcel booking fees.
On 7/07/2020 morning I was called by a man named Mr. Bikash Patel ( Ph. +91 9671011595) who told me that he is waiting with the bike at Kalyani and asked me to send 21000/- for the clearance of the parcel. After few minutes he again called me to send the full amount including 21000/- as restsrest of the deal amount and 21520/- as insurance fee written in Army parcel transport challan. I did the same but the parcel has not been delivered to me. They are saying that I had to repay 21000/- and 520/- of the insurance amount seperately in two transactions which I did not do. As I refused to pay anymore amount as I already credited 66670/- to their account they began to threaten me and did not send the bike to my home. I was completely cheated in the name of Indian army.
Sir, please do the needful to refund my amount. I am helpless now.
