Text of Complaint by Margaret Done:

I ordered Jabra 75T earbuds worth 10774 Rs order id- 403-2238562-0537164 and Amazon delivered Jabra elite 4 with shipment label of 75T. I raised concern to Amazon that this is fraud and I received wrong product they informed me that they will investigate and I can contact them after 17th september. I contacted on 17th September and now they are saying they wont provide refund or replacement for product. I chatted with support and also had call now they are not even listening to my concern. If any box contains right shipment tag obviously it will show that correct product was delivered, when i am saying the same to support they are not supportive they are ending the chat from their end. I am really frustrated with amazon service too. Now i dont even want replacement, i want refund of total amount and I wont buy anything from Amazon again. I will also tell my friends and families about the fraud. Such a lame behavior of support and fooling customers to earn money by taking advantages.
