I tried booking tickets from Bangalore to Hyderabad on Oct 30 2020. Booking amount was 7212/- money got debited and tickets not generated. When I ask the same with travolook representatives they been saying refund will happen with in 15 working days. It’s been 40days still not refunded. Total fraud company.

I tried booking tickets from Coimbatore to chennai on Nov 30 2020. Booking amount was 3032/- money got debited and tickets not generated. When I ask the same with travolook representatives they been saying refund will happen with in 15 working days. It’s been pending for 15 days and there is No response from customer service team and no reply for all my emails. When I tried to reach him on his toll free number those team always claims amount will refund and under process. Please support to get my refund and dont book ticket from this fraud agent.
