Today on 5 July 2020 I got a call from airtel customer care and they told me that I have a offer of 251 rs package . The package includes all the movie channel and entertainment channel so I asked them to register the package and later I recharged my dth with 251 rs but later when I checked my channel some movies channel are not included . For clarity I asked her to speak every channel name and she did . But my channels are not included in it .
And later when I call there customer care executive she told me sorry sir not solution for my problem
It’s a clear fraud from airtel dth
