Dear Sir/Ma’am

My name is Avnish Mishra from Tilda-neora, Raipur (C.G). I got a call 17th of March 2021 from a company name resumetofill that you are seeking part time home based online job. After that he tell me that you have to paste the data in 8 to 10 columns per form and in 7days you have to complete 600 form after you will get paid about 18000rs. I followed the steps that he suggested me. After that I start the work after 2 3 form I was faced problems and confusions I called him from another number he didn’t received, after that I drop message to his whatsapp the he call me back, I explained whole thing to him, he suggested me to call customer support number I do the same but, customer support is not connected I tried soo many time rapidly but not a single call connected, I call him back, again he didn’t received call, I dropped message again on his whatsapp, then he call me back, then shared the problems that was I am facing that time, he decline to help me by saying that customer support will call you, I received single call from customer support only for few seconds after that he disconnected the call. I again call on customer support number but connected as usual. I dropped him message too but this time no response from his side. Still I worked how much I can, I done 91 forms. After that I get a call  from a Ma’am from resumetofill company I shared the things and the problems that I was faced but, she said that is my fault you should pay or they will take legal action against me that I broken agreements rules. In my of knowledge didn’t sign any type of agreements. She said that they have my signature on agreement, I tell her that I didn’t sign by knowing that this is an agreement, I signed because the person (he) said me that this is a part of process of get the work to earn the money.

Now, I get messages from QP-LEGALD.

I get warnings on text messages from “QP-LEGALD”. They will take legal actions. I have some evidence about that.

Please help me Sir/Ma’am.
