Dear Sir/Madam,
I got a call from lady name Shweta Singh from oriental health company for health insurance on 22nd may 2021. and she gave me detail from official mail id sales@orientalhealth.co.in. she had taken health insurance amount 28000/- for health insurance of my whole family for 2 years. but today is 17th June 2021, I still not received any hardcopy of policy from them. I have repeatedly asked them to send it but they gave me reason of lockdown. and now she is not replying my messages nor receiving my call.
request you to please check this on priority basis as fraud case and take immediate action against them.
