Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings for the day.
I Priyank Shah, customer of axis bank from November 2009.
I am using axis bank credit card and details of card number are as follows.
CC number: 5305 6202 1396 8650
On 8th Dec 2020 at 16:18 hours I received a call from Oriental Health India from mobile no. 9506127845 regarding the insurance policy they were offering. After that I have received an email on my ID priyankshah89@yahoo.com on 8th Dec 2020 at 16:32 hours from email ID operations@orientalhealthindia.org.in regarding the amount to be paid as 13,500 for 03 persons.
Later, on 9th Dec 2020 I made a purchase of this health plan and paid Rs 15,000/- through my credit card on the link received on mobile number for 04 persons. Then I received payment confirmation mail from operations@orientalhealthindia.org.in on 9th Dec 2020 at 11:15 hours.
Then on 9th Dec 2020 at 12:52 hours I got policy no. details as POLICY NUMBER: OHI – 45210987654478 and Validity as VALID TILL: 09/12/2021
Till date as mentioned about freebies like Full Body messager, Glucometer, BP Machine, Body Temperature Thermometer, Revive Tumbler Glass, Bio Energy Card and hard copy of Policy I have not received as committed by company.
Now a days number 9506127845 from where I have received first call is switched off and email id operations@orientalhealthindia.org.in is not working ( My mails are failing to deliver on this email id).
first email received from the company regarding cancellation of services, “In case you are not satisfied with our services/product, you can cancel it without any cancellation charges within 90 days post receiving the product/services. For cancellation/refund contact us in oprations@orientalhealthindia.org.in (10:00 AM to 06:00PM except Sunday and all National Holidays)” I have sent an email to company 18th Dec 2020 at 19:40 hours for cancellation of policy (Refer Attached Attachment – III for details) as no one replying to my emails and calls. But everything was in vein and I didn’t receive any reply from the company.
As per above all details mentioned, Company has not followed the words said in the initial mail and also not responding to my calls and emails. Additionally I have sent policy cancellation mail to the company and still there is no reply from the company.
I have earlier raised dispute on 21st Dec 2020 (Dispute reference No. 64552314) with AXIS BANK LIMITED. Dispute have been closed without my investigation and without proper solution.
Hence need your intervention and help me to get my debited fund back. If you need any other information, please contact me on below mentioned details.
