Home based data entry job from Hathtway Solutions is a scam. Not at all genuine. They talked in a very convincing manner as if it authentic. Then the legal contract was made, I started working, and after 1 day I got to realised that I got sacmmed. Now they are asking for money as a breach of contract. Writing in detail:
I saw home based data entry job ad quikr.com and applied to it. Then they called me and started giving me the details of the job. The company name is Hathtway Solutions. The job will be to fill up 600 forms within 5 days. The company will pay Rs. 40 per form, total Rs. 24,000 (I found the payout of this much amount very high, and suspected something is fishy).
They asked for a valid ID proof in the name of legal contract / registration. I provided my Adhaar Card, and a my photo. The legal contract was singed. An account was created by them under my name. The ID, password of that account and work link were provided to me by the company. I started working using the same details.
On the 1st day, I worked without any issues. I completed 250+ forms. On the 2nd day, they blocked the account stating a reason that multiple login was attempted. In the contract, it was mentioned that multiple login should not be made. I HAVE NOT EVEN ATTEMPTED MULTIPLE LOGIN. It is the company that made false allegations against me and now the legal persons / advocates are calling, mailing, WhassApping, texting me with threat and harassments.
I have not done anything that could be a breach of contract. The company is running their business in this way – BY SACAMMING PEOPLE AND THEN ASKING FOR MONEY IN THE NAME OF BREACH OF CONTRACT. THEY ARE THE REAL SCAMSTER AND NOW THEY ARE MAKING FALSE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST ME, STATING SOMETHING WHICH I HAVE NEVER ENEN ATTEPTED.
They are threatening me bysaying that “legal move has been made”, “FIR was lodged”, “even if you block the number, police can come to your house”. They are harassing and threatening me with this way.
MORE THAN 90% OF THE ONLINE PART TIME HOME BASED JOBS ARE SCAM AND FRAUD.
