Dear concern team,
I, Anumeha Sisodiya, have jio fiber connection no. 1353138376 I want to bring your notice onto the fraud done with me by jio fiber representative during the installation of jio fibre. The complete details are as below:
In dec. 2022, I approached jio fiber team for wifi connection. Jio fiber representative Mr. Saurabh Gupta mob. No. 9897226896 Came for formalities of document work and installation of jio fiber router. I selected a plan of Rs. 399 only for the wifi connection at however, jio fiber representative requesting me to also order set top box with wifi router. I denied but he request multiple times and told me that please order set top box which was free of cost with six months recharge. He said he will pay the set top box recharge fee for 6 months i.e. 100 Rs./ Month. After multiple requests i agreed to help him and applied for wifi router and set top box. After that he installed the wifi router and paid 6 month OTT recharge (100/month) and took the set top box with him. He also said after six month you have to pay only 399 /month as your connection is a prepaid connection. But after six months when I tried to change my plan, I see the connection is shown as postpaid and now I am unable to change the plan from Rs. 399+100 to Rs. 399. I immediately approach customer care on 05-07-2023 and told them the whole scenario. Customer care assure to resolve the issue till 08-07-2023 with complaint no. SR00001NC1M6 but till 09-07-2023 no resolution received. Then in evening of 09-07-2023 I again raised issue for resolution and customer care assure me to provide resolution within 24 hours but again no resolution received. Again I raised my voice for resolution on 11-07-2023 & 12-07-2023, 14-07-2023, 16-07-2023 but no feedback received from customer care. Please look into the matter and provide a adequate resolution.Also please take necessary action on the fraud representative.
