Dear Jio,
My registered mobile number – 08077129510(name – M K Bansal) was in UP circle till September 2023.In September 2023 end, I visited Jio Care Centre Nerul East, Navi Mumbai- opp Nerul Station (E) to get my Circle ported from UP to Mumbai and the Nerul East Jio Carecharged me Rs. 239/- and insisted/forced me to do recharge of Rs. 239/- only and not any other recharge and they took that amount in their account.Sir, as per my knowledge, After we port to jio from anywhere or any circle, this Rs. 239/- recharge is goiven free for 28 days whereas this fraud was done with me as what they should have given free recharge they took Rs. 239/- from me and that too in their account and did fraud with me by not revealing all these details.Pl look into the matter and sort out as there are around 15 Jio numbers in my home family members and pathetic experience is not expected by jio.
