My name is Kapil Singih Mann residing at Swaroop nagar Delhi.
I had paid on an online portal to buy some products, but in the portal, it is showing that the amount is frozen and the amount is kept without any reason. I tried requesting them to release my amount but I did not get any positive response from the person concerned (soft copy is attached).
Now they are forcing me to buy 3 more orders to release my amount and the cost of 3 orders is approx. 80 thousand and I do not have that much amount. I requested him on telegram and WhatsApp many times but I didn’t get any positive response from him (telegram ID Anusuyakumar7 & what’s app number 8223979493 – debi), screenshot attached.
Sir, I just want my amount back as soon as possible.
