Text of Complaint by Surbhi Singh:

This is to inform you that a financial fraud has taken place on 19th March 2020 via phone pe merchant from my account without my permission & without my acceptance. As a result of that I have lost my 53490/- rupees Which I want to claim back. The fraud was done through nearbuygrouppaytm.
Afterwards I have registered my complaint in ICICI branch on the same day itself bcz my fault was not there in the fraud case but the bank after 60 days denied that they are not liable to pay the money. They are blaming me unnecessary  and haven’t settled my claim till date..90 days have been passed  after the incident took place but I haven’t got my money back..Investigation team had closed my S/R saying that bank will not pay the money..I have also registered complaint at CMS portal of RBI but there also my complaint was closed and I am not able to file appeal after closed status also bcz the page is not opening in website. I have also requested help from IT Cell silvassa but they haven’t solved my problem saying that they have mailed to Paytm for reversal of my money, but Paytm is not reverting the status whether they will give my money or not..In this scenario of COVID – 19 nobody is helping me and I need my hard earned money because my fault was not there in this financial fraud. So I am requesting you to file my appeal so that I can get my money back..
