I am the victim. A guy named santosh kumar who claimed that he is CISF officer and he wanted to sell few items because of his transfer. I was willing to buy a few items. He told me that the items will be delivered through Indian Army courier parcel Department. He asked for money and I paid Rs. 18267/- . Now I understood that he is fraud. In the whole matter two men involved.
