I have ordered from kristel.com deep cup bra and received 2 leggings instead of bra i have paid rs1099 . Fraud company no number of customer care is given as well as the email address given in the website is also not deliverable.
Want my refund and this website has to be ban.

This is to bring to your notice that the article I received of the order no.mentioned in the subject above is damaged and completely different from what I wanted and so I want to return it. I have tried enough and more to get in touch with you on a call but there was no answer. I hereby would appreciate if you revert to my calls or send some confirmation through email, else, I will have to file a complaint against you in the consumer court.
Hope to receive the answer at the earliest.
