Text of Complaint by Rahul:

I have requested to port my number from vodafone to airtel on 7th August.
A Person from the sales team visited and Collected Money of RS.400 on 7th August.
Request you to please look this on an urgent basis.
The sales person has collected Rs 100 (delivery charge)+ Rs 300 (to recharge after the post process). As the port process was rejected by a plan to fraud the money.
He is denying to return the Rs. 300. It is a matter for fraud & cheat, so  I would like to reiterate the issue again & again on the customer service process of Airtel.
Hope you take care of this issue as early as possible.
