- I hv ordered three set of Premium winter jeggings (Denim Style)from ZYGNOS In 899 rs . They have delivered me three leggings (not jeggings ) nd that too of so cheap quality. I hv called them so many times nd every time they ask me to wait . They said that their one person will come for pickup nd it’s almost 16 days but no one came till yet. Their customer care no is 9311755087. But today again I called on the same no, but it is not picking up. These ppl r playing fraud with the ppl. So plz help me for their punishment
MY WIFE ( CHETNA MEHRA ) ordered Premium winter jeggings (Denim Style) from ZYGNOS In 999 rs . They have delivered WRONG CHEAP MATERIAL ON 13 FEB 2021, WHEN WE CALLED THEM TO REFUND OUR RS.999/ ON CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER 9311755087A LEADY MS. MISTHY ALWAYS SAYS WE WILL REFUND TODAY FROM LAST 83 DAYS. WE MADE MORE THEN 100 CALLS EACH DAY, WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FROM YESTERDAY FROM AFTERNOON CUSTOMER NUMBER IS NOT FUNCTIONING IN ONE RING THE PHONECALL IS AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECT IN SINGLE RING. TILL DAY IS ADD ALL THE CALLS MADE TO CUSTOMER CARE TOTAL CALL WILL BE BE APPROX – 6000 CALLS ON CUSTOMER CARE…. MY NUMBER IS 992887…. ( RAJIV MEHRA )….. CUSTOMER ID NUMBER IS – ABN 11221H410.
