On 17.02.2021 I received a parcel COD Rs.999/- mentioning Premium Winter Jeggings. I paid the money thinking that my daughter must have ordered it. The leggings (NOT JEGGINGS) received are 3rd grade quality, even my domestic help is not accepting them. Actually not me nor my daughter had ordered this online we just received it from a Bad Santaclaus as a Valentine Gift (unacceptable). Please trace these people as they are cheating innocent people for money. I called their customer card umpteen number of times, the girls who pick up the call (which is very rarely) are very rude and just bang the phone on face without listening to our plight. Order No.ABN15221B378 parcel received on 17.02.2021. Please warn people against this fraud online company. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PARCELS FROM ZYGNOS THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS
