Text of Complaint by Mitansha:

We booked zoomcar twice yesterday, at the first time after reaching at pickup point host said car is unavailable he rented it to someone else. Second time after booking after calling host he said car is unavailable he can send small car that was not useful or cancel booking, we asked him to cancel it from his side he denied trying to call customer care no one is responding since last 24 hours, need this issue to be solved asap because our 4600 amount is not refunded to us and no action has been taken from zoomcar.

We mailed them also but again no response need attention to resolve it at the earliest.
