I booked the flight from Lucknow to Hyderabad for 10th Feb 2021. I booked this ticket on 28th Jan 2021. But before my travelling date when I was checking my ticket, it was showing cancelled. I called to airline, they said that it got cancel from your end. Someone knew my PNR no. and name, can cancel a ticket. But i didn’t share with anyone. So, some guy from travolook.in had cancelled my ticket. It was totally ridiculous and I called many times but I didn’t get any proper response. And till now I didn’t get my money back. And the reference ID for my booking was REF312795295 and amount I have to get refund was ₹3632.
