- I was booked a ticket on 06 Nov from Bangalore to Delhi but I can’t get tickets customer executive told due to fare difference your ticket cancelled you will get refund in 7-10 days till now I was not get refund and another bookings was from Delhi to Port Blair.
- I called several times customer care they saying you will get refund in 7-10 days afterthat 5-07 days afterthat half amount first and half later in 10 days company is not giving refund
I also tried to book a flight on 1st Feb 2021. The ticket was cancelled stating the reason that Ticket fare difference. In the first call to customer care I was told that I would get refund in 15 days, after 15 days when I again called I was told that it 20 working days from the date of cancellation that I would get my refund. Which has already passed. Now when I’m trying to call their no it’s not connecting.
