Hello,
I have placed an order on 1st sept. (Order #TTC337419).
The delivery person just brought it ,bt the oil was spilled & the package itself was oily. I have not accepted the order, & the delivery person took it back with him. It was suggested by him only, that i can refuse the delivery without opening it. So i did it.
Now trying to connect with the company but they are not responding to emails, chats, whatsapp, instagram. Phone number is not provided.
Please help me get ghe refund or replacement.
