Dear Sir/Madam,
Siti Networks Ltd. Internet came to my home and I have paid for a new broadband connection on 11 March 2022 .
They promised the connection will be taken back and the amount will be refunded.
I have called the Siti Networks Ltd internet customer care hundreds of time and they are not helping. They just replied on mail only by giving the token number and says that one of their executive will come and collect the modem and then only to they will initiate the refund process.
But it has been more than 48days and there is no response from their side and there is also no communication mode other than the mail to contact them.
I left using internet service from 22 Aug 2022.
it seems they are not interested in returning my money back.
Its been more than 45days they are just avoiding this issue and according to their policy they said they will initiate the amount within 45days.
Please help me to get my money back, i want my money back with Interest and i also want to lodge a formal complaint against them for Mental harassment of customer.
Also I am attaching some screenshots of my mail trail with them to understand what’s going on with me.
Please help me with the solution.
