I booked a ticket from travolook.in with reference id – REF014320405. After deducting money from my account, travolook agent called me and said flight has been cancelled due to some operational reasons and i will get my refund within 5-7 days. Its been 12 days now even after calling them multiple times, I haven’t received my refund. Travolook agent ask about details and put call on hold and never response back. Please help me in getting my refund and take strict action against such scammers.
