I had ordered a Gaming laptop (ideapad gaming 3) from SVPeripherals through flipkart and had received a faulty product where the keyboard was not working and also contacted lenovo . They examined the product and was declared DOA (dead on arrival) by them and I was entitled to a replacement but flipkart rejected saying the replacement period is over an i cannot replace anymore. This fraudulent seller should be behind bars and should compensate eery customer they have deceive. Today I lost 60k because of them and flipkart can’t do anything to protect the consumers like us
