had seen the ad of Sasta bazaar Y rahana parvin in facebook and had ordered 2 items from them and paid Rs1500through UPI.Then innthe evening,they messaged that the order cannot be processed.when I asked for a refund they said,they are going to refund the money after 24hrs.I waited for them.On Saturday,they gave me a call asking to login to UPI throughbwhich they will initiate the refund.. And then they deducted Rs 59000from my account. Through google pay.I need my refund back.I have been chasing them ever since and they are sayig,refund has been initiated.
