I ordered an winter pullover sweaters from ladyesstore from the insta link on 11th of December. It was delivered on 17th of December. After opening the package, it was discovered that they sent an extremely worse men’s used shirt as a package. It costed 699 rupees. There website is nowhere to be seen and no option to refund. I want my and other customers money back and sue the owner
