I have requested multiple times to Freo pay to close my unused account. From App the closing account was giving error so I emailed Freo pay several times to close my account. They didn’t close the account and kept on informing me that they have forwarded my request to their tech team to close my account. Suddenly one day they debited all the money from my Freo pay account and now are harassing me and illegally demanding money from me to pay for it. It’s fraud and illegal harassment just like extortion. Please advise, thank you!
