Few days ago, I got a message on whatsApp regarding WFH an data entry job from fidias technology. And I completed their work within 4 days. But after 4 days they are saying that I didn’t completed my work and threatening me to give 4800 and 8950 as to close the legal agreement.
Will they seriously file the case in court please reply..

whats up message recieve from the fidias technology for job work and id , password will be issued shortly. after 2 days we received mail from above said company that your mail id password issued through whatsup on 1st february and followed by instructions given by them. as under;

POINTS READ CAREFULLY
1 .Your work has started from 29-01-2023 and Your last day is 01-02-2023.
2. If you do not complete your work then the company will take action on you.
3. You have to submit 430 forms compulsory.
4. The bonding of your agreement is with the company.
5. Your last date is over then after your report is generated within 1 days then after within 2- 3 hours your salary will be disclosed
6. If you want to cancel or extend your work, it is compulsory to drop mail in the helpline mail id: [email protected] (If you drop a message in WhatsApp then your work is not canceled)
7. When you do your work at that time you sign in your work and when you complete your work please sign out otherwise your id will be blocked
8. You will be given a total of 430 forms, but you have to correct 387 forms compulsory

These is to inform you that your case has been registered in court because of not paying the registration amount 4800/- of FIDIAS TECHNOLOGY from which you have taken the online form filling work of 430 forms which you need to complete in 4 days and as per the agreement if your work is not completed / 90% accuracy doesn’t achieve you need to pay the registration amount 4800 /- which you have not paid so now if the amount is not clear on time then we have to go with police verification to your house and issue the legal notice with section charges of amount 1.50 lakhs which you need to clear in court so kindly tell me your statement so we can close these case or we can issue the legal notice at your house.
