Regarding my one transaction done on 2nd NOV via UPI payment Rs 490 to recipient ID : cf.drashticreations@icici from my UPI ID. This was a successful transaction please refer the attached screenshot, but I have not received a product against this payment from the recipient. I tried to reach out the recipient details but was unable to find the website information now. I am not received any confirmation email and SMS from Drashti Creations.
