My booking from colive was done for 27th August 2023. When I checked in property the owner had no information about the booking. Colive agent asked me to pay reservation and I have paid but when I got to know from owner that there’s no booking for me then I called the agent and informed about this after hearing this she said that if you have another number you can do reservation from that number and we will adjust this money then again I have paid reservation amount. But still no booking for me.ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I was so scared. When I checked in owner told me that no booking. Please help me to get refund. They are running fraud business.
I faced the similar issue, where I lost my security deposit, the reason they mentioned was lock-in period, but when I moved in there was no lock-in period.
