repayment of the loan which i have taken from Cashpile application[Grandloan, AGmoney, Roosterloan]
I got double credit for the loans applied on 10th and 11th December from above loan provider. I have already made payment for the loans provided double credit. Screenshot attached. After making payments still they are asking to pay and charging heavy penalties
They don’t have any contact number and every time calling from different number and asking for payments Now they are charging heavy penalty for the delay in repayment which is actually the app owner fault. I already made a payment for double credit which was credited as a fault due to application technical issues. Please help me in sorting this out ASAP
