Dear Sirs,
one of paytm person waked in my store and told me he is front paytm he can provide me business loan, as per his talks i asked him i might be interested in some loan amount from paytm but before that you need to provide me few details loan amount, interest and emi options …… he requested me my pan card number to know if i am eligable for said amount after few min he said there is some system issue i can get back to you in evening …later in evening he came back and said the same thing there is some system issue and i will get back to you tomorrow… after that this guy never showed up..
after 2days i received some amount in paytm bank wallet and i was surprised to know that they have send me loan amount without my approval or details … i immidiately called paytm help line and said the above story as it happened after speaking with them they asked me to pay loan amount with charges which were very unknown to me….
i asked them to take back loan amount as i have not used nor i am interested they said if you want has to be paid with charges which is really fraud and cheating from them to make money ….
i hearbly request paytm to take back by loan amount from ( paytm wallet ) which i never applied nor used till today,
