Sir,
With great deep sorrow I would like to inform you that applicant Nitin Mohan Agnihotri S/O Vimlesh Kumar Agnihotri resident 8/234 Sitaram Colony Gangaghat Shuklaganj Netwa, Unnao U.P. At present, residing in Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Orai, Jalaun. On 04.05.2023, I have received a call from mobile number 7900559582, who pretended himself to be an employee of Axis Bank and disconnected the phone by asking for an OTP. After few minutes, I received a message of personal loan of 2 lakhs and mail too . After this , figure of ₹1,97,454 appeared in my account. Soon after a couple of minutes, I got the message of deduction of amount Rs.1,96,933/- from my account. Sir, any employee of Axis Bank branch Orai- Jalaun U.P is involved in this and all my information has been shared through bank itself, because the person who had called me was well known by my customer ID , my date of birth , my father’s name, my mother’s name , my address even he was well known of my last five transactions .He knew each and everything regarding my account details. I have gone to the bank many times but no satisfactory answer has been given , since than many times they have befooled me and treated me badly .On 18th of May 2023, I have complaint a F.I.R. on this regard in Kotwali Orai , District -Jalaun ( U.P. ). Whose FIR number is 0341.
Sir I belong to very poor family and I am the only one who is feeding my whole family , amount of 2 Lakh is impossible for me to get paid. Bank officials are pressuring me to clear the amount or they will take leagal actions against me in this week only , Sir please help me or I will attempt suicide as I am getting mentally tortured and harassed by bank officials and for this act of mine Axis Bank will held responsible .The F.I.R copy and other documents have been attached with this application please save me and my family from this loan by taking a suitable action.
