I have upgraded my plan 499 to 1999 family plan where we can get 3 connections, 1Dth box, and a wifi system. As per discussion with the executives. We were supposed to get 200mpbs speed, and every month recharge of 500 rupees in DTH. But we got nothing. and also same day fitting of everything. But the executives took money from me and didn’t do anything. Its a second day and no one is picking up calls.
