I booked a ticket on 4th Feb from Travalook with reference no- REF 488359510. After 30 mins they cancelled my booking and sent a mail stating that you will get the refund within 10-15 working days. I kept on calling every 20 – 25 days and the same thing they told everytime i.e kindly wait for 10 to 15 working days , you will surely get your refund. It’s almost 2 months now and m yet to get my refund. Please someone help me out.
